Maryhill 2010: Through Virgin Eyes

This year, Marcus Bandy of Loaded/Orangatang attended the Maryhill Festival of Speed for the first time. With memories still vivid, Marcus took a moment to type up his impressions from the trip.



"I just arrived back home from a week spent at the 2010 Maryhill Festival of Speed held in Washington. I stink, I’m tired, and I’m sick and tired of being stinky and sleepy and stuff. I also hate fireworks right now and loud noises make me jump in fear, but that’s another story. All I want now is a shower and a warm bed, but after mulling over all my thoughts and the recent happenings I‘ve been privy to on this particular trip to Maryhill, it seems a waste to not jot down at least a few brief notes regarding hanging and skating with new friends—and I definitely did make some new friends on this trip." - Marcus Bandy
