New Rayne Wheels???

[wptouch target=”mobile”][/wptouch]

While hanging about waiting for the session in the post below to get started, the Pape-arazzi saw something a little unusual. I’m not sure we were supposed to see this, let alone photograph it, but what the hell…

Ha ha.. I guess we all ride shaped wheels, not urethane ones ;) ? What's the point of making a custom shape currently? We're doing R&D and shredding a ton of wheels. We're currently happy with a lot of the things we've made, but not much point in spending money on molds without the rest… kinda like going on a diet by buying a dress… do the hard work first.

In other news, Rayne team riders Graham Buksa and Jake Fast rode Rayne wheels exclusively in Open, Juniors, and Masters. Both riders were happy with the overall performance of the wheel and felt confident and competitive on the Urethane we supplied them with. More news in the coming weeks!

That is exactly the way to do it! Get the urethane figured out then design an excellent mold to compliment it. Best of luck guys I can't wait to see the finished product!
