Venom Skate HITP Wheel Update

Shit happens. Gotta give’m credit from taking care of business fast. Find out what you need to know about the HITP update here.

From Venom Skate:

We have just, unfortunately, been informed by our wheel factory that the new Venom HITP edition Cannibal and Harlot wheels have been poured in the wrong compound. As a result, they are not living up to our performance expectations. The formula used is still high quality and extremely durable, but they definitely do not allow you to leave your load in the road like they should. The new ones will feature a subtle change in the graphic to make it easy to tell which ones will last and which ones will smear. See the photo.

If you’ve purchased Venom Hard in the Paint wheels have a look at this PSA and get in contact with us as soon as possible. You’ll be receiving a set of real HITP wheels free of charge.

Our plan for customers,

Customers who bought a set of the incorrectly poured wheels, FROM ANY RETAILER, on or before January 9th 2017 is to contact Venom directly at HITP@VENOMSKATE.COM. We will handle all customer replacements directly so that you, the retailers, don’t have to deal with this issue. Any customer who comes to you, the retailer, with questions, comments, or concerns please send them our way at our designated email address.

We’ll also be working with retailers to replace old wheels with real HITP wheels. If you purchased from an international retailer, hit them up and they will take care of you free of charge.

Thank you for working with us on this, we hope to make this as painless as possible for everyone involved.

Thanks,

Justin Rolo / Zak Maytum
